Free Standard Shipping — All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing (Handling) Time

Processing days: Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)
Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Timezone: Pacific Time (Los Angeles)

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Handling time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment (picking, packing, and dispatch).

Transit Time (Shipping Time)

Transit time: 2–8 business days (United States)
Ship days: Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is the total of handling time + transit time:

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
